Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak seasons, severe weather, customs checks, or carrier disruptions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time, including order processing and transit time, is usually 8-18 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping costs US$4.99 for orders from US$0.00 to US$49.98.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of US$49.99 or more.

The shipping cost available for your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we currently cannot ship orders there.

We currently do not ship to Ukraine.

Taxes, Duties, and Total Cost

Product prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes collected by GraceQueens are shown at checkout before payment.

Import duties, customs charges, or destination-country taxes may be charged by local authorities or carriers. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
