Returns & Exchange Policy

This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to purchases from GraceQueens, operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
Eligible returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, intimate-use products are not eligible for return for non-quality reasons. This exclusion does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
How to Start a Return
Please email service@gracequeens.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an eligible item because of size, color preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Where a return is required, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after inspection.
For eligible returns, we refund the purchase price and any original standard shipping charge paid at checkout. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item if you would like to request an exchange.
