This page explains how to follow the delivery status of your GraceQueens order.
Track a Shipment
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-18 business days.
Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking Is Not Yet Available
If you have received a shipping confirmation email but do not yet see tracking updates, please allow the carrier time to register the shipment in its system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after the normal processing period, please contact us with your order number and the email address used for the order.

How to Choose Your Size
Use the size chart and product information on the specific product page whenever available. Compare the listed measurements with your own measurements or with a similar item that fits you well.
If you are between sizes, consider the product fit description, fabric type, and your preferred fit before choosing a size.
How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Length: Compare the product length shown on the product page with an item you already own, where possible.
Fit and Measurements
Product colors, fit, and measurements may vary depending on design, fabric, production batch, screen settings, and the method used to measure the item.
Please check the product page carefully before ordering. If a product page includes a size chart, that chart applies to that specific product.
