These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GraceQueens and purchases made through our website. GraceQueens is operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED.
Products and Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors may vary slightly depending on your device display. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products when necessary.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment method selected at checkout. Your order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation, subject to product availability and fraud-prevention checks.
Prices, Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
Prices and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping costs US$4.99 for orders from US$0.00 to US$49.98, and free standard shipping applies to orders of US$49.99 or more.
Taxes, duties, and customs charges may apply depending on the destination. Where such charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable charges imposed by local authorities.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of 8-18 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible non-quality returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

The GraceQueens website, branding, text, graphics, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission except as permitted by law.
