30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the order is delivered. Items requested after 30 days cannot be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email service@gracequeens.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before your return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to size, fit, color preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, GraceQueens will cover the return shipping cost or provide another reasonable solution.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Address

After your return request is approved, customer support will provide the correct return authorization and return address for your order. Do not send returns to our business address unless customer support instructs you to do so.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours after purchase if they have not been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
