Orders

How can I place an order?

Select your preferred product options, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The available shipping options and total amount payable are shown before payment.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

What if an item is unavailable after I place an order?

All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs US$4.99 for orders from US$0.00 to US$49.98. Free standard shipping is available for orders of US$49.99 or more.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-18 business days.

Do you ship to my country?

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we currently cannot ship orders there. We currently do not ship to Ukraine.

Will I receive tracking information?

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Are duties or customs charges included?

Product prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes collected by GraceQueens are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, customs charges, or destination-country taxes may be charged by local authorities or carriers and may be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return period?

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Please contact us before sending any item back.

What items are eligible for return?

Eligible returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, intimate-use products are not eligible for return for non-quality reasons. This exclusion does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Who pays for return shipping?

For an eligible return due to size, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Where a return is required, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after inspection.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item if you would like to request an exchange.
