What if an item is sold out?

Some items may sell out quickly. Contact us at service@gracequeens.com and we will let you know if the item is expected to become available again.

What if the size tag is different from the size I ordered?

Some products may use international or manufacturer size labels. Please compare the measurements on the product page and size chart. If the item does not fit, contact us and review our return policy.

Why does the color look slightly different?

Product color can vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. If you believe you received the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code during checkout before payment. Discount codes must be valid and active at the time of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase if they have not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I pay for my order?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not accept payment or orders by email.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Payment details are handled by payment processors and are not stored by GraceQueens.
