1. When can I expect my order?

All orders are subject to 24 hours to process prior to shipping, excluding weekends & holidays. After fulfilled, it would be delivered as addressed within 5 - 10 days as standard shipping. When bad weather occurs, like storm, heavy snow, hail, there may be a delay and the estimated delivery date may change, which depends on the routes of shipping company.

2. How much does the shipping cost?

Free shipping option is available for all orders over $49. However, if you need the shipment urgently, you may go ahead to choose "Express shipping" or "DHL"and extra cost would be charged, based on the exact country you select.
