Standard shipping costs US$4.99 for orders from US$0.00 to US$49.98. Free standard shipping is available for orders of US$49.99 or more.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must meet the conditions in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, intimate-use products are not eligible for return for non-quality reasons.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after inspection of the returned item.
